Isaiah 61:1

61 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me;
because the Lord hath anointed me
to preach good tidings unto the meek;
he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim liberty to the captives,
and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
SPIRIT is truly the "Comforter".
Before JESUS left His disciples, He promised the HOLY SPIRIT.
Here's what Scripture says about the COMFORTER:
John 14:16-17

16 And I will pray the Father,
and he shall give you another Comforter,
that he may abide with you for ever;
17 Even the Spirit of truth;
whom the world cannot receive,
because it seeth him not,
neither knoweth him:
but ye know him;
for he dwelleth with you,
and shall be in you.

which is the Holy Ghost,
whom the Father will send in my name,

The next page tells us about the prophesied Messiah.
The One who prayed to the Father, to give us a Comforter.
